I remember there was a post indicating the location of this tool, however it seems to be missing. Can any one point where it went?

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/wtool/html/tools.html is the link to reach the web toolbox ( replace the xx for your callserver ip adress )
login with the mtcl account or client account
I show this to our customers ( with the client account ) so they can monitor some things theirself.

If you have a network configuration you may find this useful too.
https://<ip address or host name>/webtools2/
Be sure to use https and type '/' at the end.

mtcl login doesn't work... is there a standard login or how do you set it up?

you have to change the mtcl-password, it's not working with the default. from there you have an link to tool-box. on this webservice you only see "networking-things"
2.7.22 Unified Maintenance Tool Step2: ABC-F and IP Hybrid links
In Release 7.0, the "Unified Maintenance Tool Step2" gives access to the maintenance tools of the
network parameters such as the logical links and ABC-F links. The access to the tool is done using a
Internet navigator with the URL:
https://<name or IP adress of OmniPCX Enterprise>/webtools2/
The authentication is made with the mtcl account which the password has been necessarily modified.
The modification of the mtcl password is made in swinst / system managment / User's Accounts Management
menu.
