Any step by step guide or reference?

Hum...the idea of the forum is to search information...if we all begin to help only by email then there is no point to use this forum, as you get info from here it is good to share too.

I agree with you Cavargnaro.

If we always need to send PM or email to get the information, an Address Book needs to be developed and we won't need a Forum anymore...
