Off course you can do it easily , TSAPI is for telephony servies means you have access to more features on your desktop compare to standard 16 TAPI features , but anyway you may monitor a phone on your desktop with TAPI or TSAPI and make call which is a simple feature
for example you don't access voicemail with TAPI but with TSAPI you can call directly
Voicemail key .

Ok.. so TSAPI is an improvment of TAPI Server Premium... I read something about installation and amministration but I cannot understand how it works:
There is a Server ( TSAPI server is installated on win2003 machine (( Linux as well??? )) and there is a client. Have I to install client on PC where I would like, for istance, call numbers from Outlook as well as Web page???
I 'am looking for some integration that can give me possibilty to call numbers from a very big Phone book integrated on a Web portal. Have I to develop something that links TSAPI and Web Portal's numbers????
P.S. have I to have some special license???'

Nope.
Tsapi -> only if CCD and CCD agents...
TAPI -> only if MS-Windows domain and normal business users.
they don't mix very well, and use diffrent approach and well,
tapi is good thing to have ready solution that is able to dial from outlook,
tsapi is good point of start for programing CTI for callcenter.

Ah ok..Now I have understood.
But.. what the diffences from TAPI taken by OTUC cd and TAPI server?? I mean.. If TAPI server is used for integration for OUTLOOK and MS-staff... I can't understand what TAPI server has more...comparated to simple TAPI of OTUC's CD...

1st Price for starters.
2nd -> OTUC == external server, TAPI-> uses MS Domain controler.
3rd tapi premium server is simply older product (still available and supported) where OTUC is new
4th OTUC is a whole suite of unified communication, well sometimes you need only TAPI
5th ask your buissness partner or see some documentation, good BP will offert to end-customer that kind of product that is needed, if you are an end-user don't try to select by yourself if you need TSAPI (a CTI) TAPI (simple TAPI) or OTUC (unified communication), ask a partner, he has got some lab/ demo site and will show you what are differences before you buy...

Ok,
so if you are a BP you should have received some some presale training...
than it would be obvious, btw: some of training are remote, web-based and charged 1 euro.
