Stack of 3 6850 getting problem

Hi,
Regularly (maybe every 4 or 5 month), my 3 os6850 stack is going down. My work calls me and when I arrive, the 3 switch are still working (electrically) but are not on the network. A reboot of the entire stack fix it.

Can somebody help me plz ?
