Hello

We have an OXO compact edition.The Version of the OXO is R410_015_007. We have two analog lines. Everything is working fine except when somebody calls from outside it doesn't display the caller phone number.

Any Ideas on this???

First, does your provider gives you the DID identification facility?
Second, configure your Analog line for CLIP.

Yes, The service provider gives us DID identification facility and CLIP is checked for the analog lines.

though you needed also a daughter board on the APA for CLIP ?

In OXO supposed not to

It's a bug in compact edition.
If the CO send only the number you will get it but if they send you the name and number, the OXO will not decode the information.
