4635 Backup via Swinst / 4760

Hi,

I'm trying to configure a schedule backup via R5 4760 to backup OXE and 4635.

It fails on 4760 but also on swinst, I'm guess fix swinst and 4760 will work.

I currently get access denied when i choose option 10 and enter vmail (set up in host file)
I can ftp the sbr.sbz file off no probs via oxe and also via pc.

OXE is running H1301.25 4635 is 5.2.6

4635 is currently connected via external LAN, internal Lan is turned off.
looking at other posts about backup it seems to be an area without many answers!!!

Anyone have any ideas?

you have to configure the IP@ of the backup server in the LAN settings in the 4635.

have you done that?
