Issues with Spectralink Netlink 8020

Hi,

We have a configuration issue with a Spectralink NetLink 8020.
PBX (R9) with SVP server.
Alcatel MIPT phones (300,600) work just fine, but when trying to connect a Spectralink Netlink 8020, using the same setting as alcatel ones, the following error message is displayed:

"No GW Response"

Could this be because of the telephony protocol?
Alcatel works with "31" but this protocol can't be selected on the Spectralink phone (only 30).

You need "TFTP download server" put "NONE" in the menu of SVP server

Apologies if you already had an answer on this.

You can not install Polycom/SpectraLink 8020/8030 devices on OXE or OXO: the only such handsets made by Polycom/SpectraLink that you can use are the ALU-branded 310 & 610 which incorporate the NOE protocol.
