MIPT 310 Handset - Random Reset when out of cradle

Hi,

We have 6 Alcatel 310 wireless handsets, they reset every 20 mins or so but only when out of the cradles, when in the cradles charging they are fine, I have upgraded the formware of the handsets to the latest, have raaised service request with Alcatel but no luck as yet.

The wirleless controller is a 4308, no svp server so we have the voice module license installed.

It seems very odd, this problem has only just started to occur, I have swapped battery and phone but all do the same problem, but only when out of cradles,

Anybody seen this one before.
