Hello all.
When the Omnivista syncronize with and OXE it retrieve the .dat files that OXE generate for accounting. This .dat files can be read with notepad or worpad or word etc etc, so we can see the information of each tickets.
When the Omnivista syncronize with and OXO it retrieve the .alz files that OXO generate for accounting. So, when I tried to read this .alz files with any text editor y only get extranges caracters. The information seems to be encripted.
My question is; HAs any body read this .alz files with any software or text editor?.
Why do I need to do that?, Our client wants to. just for that.
Thanks and best regards.

Re: OXO Tickets trought Omnivista
OXO accounting (*.alz) files are in no way any kind of arhive(zip, rar, 7z etc).
It is just text-binary (or binary-text) file. Read it with Wordpad. It has text header, kinda
After that lines go, each containing fields in binary form. All lines have the same length.
I did not find any ALU tool to decode them except 4760, of course.

Code: Select all
#PabxRelease=3EH30394EEAA ALZRU710/075.001
#TicketSize=122
#TicketNumber=10
#NetworkNumber=0
#SubNetworkNumber=0

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Re: OXO Tickets trought Omnivista
Maybe best way to take tickets from OXO is through OLD. You need either V24 connection (V24 behind UA interface) or external accounting over IP license) and a PC where OLD is installed.
