Hi I has some question regrading call centre.

1)when agent 333 do a log in it will cause another normal user phone
to have immediate forward to an extension.

When agent do a log out the immediate forward on the extension will disappear too.

How to disable this funtion?

2)when an agent log in .

After doing making an external call
let say press 9-for outgoing
the 4020 display phone will show :SECRET IDENTITY

Instead of EXTERNAL.

Where to find the setting for this

1° Don't associate the number of your physical post with the number of agent ! oR try : Cancel Forward when logon : TRUE

2° The name of the trunk ???

2 mean the, secret identitiy i will check out the name of the trunk again

1- you will 2 number 1 is ACD station + Authoriz phone set
and other is vertual number ACD station + Agent

on the agent number don't put associate number which is physical set.

2- I think is T2 trunk right? when you press "9" then press Screate dynamic key on you set.the secret Identity will disappear
