Accounting Duration Bug ???

Hi,

I have been trying to do some accounting duration at a client with release 3.0 and the results are crazy !!!
Account Duration trunks, scale areas, tarifs,number of units per minute all was setup...
The telco operator does not send impulses, so the accounting duration should generate impulses as programmed...
Problem is that the accounting ticket only follows what is programmed when operator makes the call and then transfers to an extension, or when the calling user hangs up before the other answers (= 0 accounting units).
If i open the ticket with accview -tf TAXAxxxx.DAT in these cases the field "accounting generated units" is not empty or 0 and the value is the one expected.
If user makes a call, the "accounting generated units" field becomes empty (no value at all) and the number of charge units is "crazy" ( no charge scale programmed could give that number...)
I have used t3 to trace call to this telco operator and it confirmed it is not receiving accounting impulses messages (but some status messages)...

I am not sure why but our alcatel teaching partners never considered teaching Accounting Duration...
I remenber talked with someone about this, and the sequence of steps for programming accounting duration should be taken carefully...
I think that the trunks choosen for accounting duration should be the last step...
Maybe this software is not stable, at least in this version...
