Hi at all, I have this problem :
- On a GAP sets (like siemens SL or Ericsson DT) when the GAP visualization parameter is set to No I can see only the number of the caller (it's correct of course) and if I have that number in the private phonebook of the set I can see the Name associated
- when the GAP visualization parameter is set to Yes I can see the name of the caller if it's associated in the internal directory but if it's not I see only the number (it's correct of course); but if I have this number associated on my private phonebook of the set I can see only the number instead of the name.....

Why????

one question. are the phones configured in GAP or GAP+ (enhanced) mode? Have you tried both modes?

The sets are configured as GAP , but I try also in GAP+ mode but it's the same....
