Long time reader, first time poster

Im attending a customer site this week, they are having some issues with PIMphony. When they attempt to use the Dial By Name feature in the software, it will only ever find the first person with which ever letter you use.

EG Company has Dane, David and Drew.

If they enter D it will find Dane but if thay enter Dav it will still hold onto Dane.


Remember a TC that said a Software Upgrade on the system will resolve, but cant find anymore.. Anyone have any idea on the TC Number, or info about?

Where are you keying the letter D? At the personal list or at the text box? do you have any picture with the error?
