problem with 4029

Alcatel 4029 was set to Key System Mode.
Now we have a problem. subscribers assigned to extended keys can only make a call to 4029 subscriber. Other subscribers have busy dialtone

What exactly you problem:
subscriber assigned to extended key can make a call to 4029, other user cannot make a call to 4029, or;
subscriber assigned to extended key can make a call to 4029 and cannot make a call to another users.
And what about resource keys on 4029 set (resorce keys for local and externall calls).

i told about subscribers assigned to resourse key (local call).This users can make a call to 4029, other user cannot make a call to 4029. And user of 4029 cannot makes calls anywhere except subscribers, assigned to resourse keys

Do you have on 4029 set programmed keys - resource keys, general recource, internal and external, incoming and outgoing? Like for usual (f.e. 4035) digital set.

4029 has 6 display keys. keytype of one of this keys: resourse key, keyfunction: local call. Now only user assosiated with this key can dial to 4029. other users have busy tone

You must have (like for 4035 set) keys (f.e. two keys) with function:
- key type - recource key,
- key function - general resource,
- call sense - Incoming and outgoing,
- call type - internal and external.
If you have good working digital sets (like 4035) in keysystem mode - this sets have the same keys.
