There are a couple of ways you get your conversations,
1. Using Visual Messanger which will depend of your sotware on the PCX
2. Using IMAP is the other way

If you go to
documentation , login as anonymous , and search for
imap there is a documentation on how to set it up on a 4635 VM, and it tells you about the licenses you need

Thank you, it helped a lot, I set it up as described and it even worked for a couple of days. But now no users can download their messages from the imapd server. It keeps asking the password and gives connection error. The imapd server is running, telnet to port 143 gives:
* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4REV1 AUTH=LOGIN AUTH=PLAIN] VPx35 IMAP4rev1 at Thu, 4 May 2006 15:49:52 -0500 (GMT)
Can I reboot the imapd server without rebooting voicemail?

What version of Software on the PCX are you using? I had this issue on R6.2 where it wouldnt accept the password, an upgrade to R6.2-f3.301-25-as-c6s2 Fixed this
Also you should be able to restart the IMAP services on the VM.
Cheers
