One of our clients forgot the password for his RMAB board. Is there a way to make it default? We tried to remove the batery from board and plug it back after 10 minutes. Absolutely uselessly!

There is the RJ45 port on the front side. What this for? What kind of cable is needed?

When you connect to the V24 port, neither rma/rma or amr/amr worked ?

I had this problem too and I used amr/amr.

We tried rma/rma, amr/amr and lot of other variants Password was changed from default and we don't know what to do.
By the way, what the RJ45 port for?
