Next, i'll have to reinstall the Freedesktop application beacause the hard drive of the server will be changed. My question is :

How should I proceed in order to transfer the configuration to the new Hard Drive ? I suppose, I should reinstall the Freedesktop ? But then ?

I've seen that it exists a "Data" repertory. Should I copy it to the new installation ?

I believe once you reinstall it, the data directory will be created.
See if this works, and if you need functionality, you'll probably have to reprogram them..
