boss/secretary function on 4028 EE

Hi,

how can I activate the boss/secretary function on 4028 EE? I put the secretary´s phone number in the appropriate field of the boss within OmniVista. Now, how can I make it work on the 4028 for both phones? Does anyone have a manual for this?

Hello Kinne,

This feature is documented in the system documentation.
You select a key on the BOSS set, and make it "secretary".
It will ask you what key do you want on the secretary to be the BOSS.

Then you're done !

strange, I can´t find it within the system documentation. Do you have a link?
Also, I can´t make one of the keys to be "secretary". In which menu can I find it?
