DECT serial number

Anyone know of a command that will display the serial number of a DECT100-400. Our asset management/bean counters will get very excited if we can!!!
If not, would this be a worthwhile suggestion to Alcatel to implement?

you can use the IPEI.

Use this command :

dectsets

[onefloppy]

While the IPEI number is unique it doesn't seem to match the Serial number printed on the back of the handset.
I was hoping the printed serial number may be stored within the handset and be accessible remotely.
