Hi

I am having a problem with my fax server, I can not make out bound PSTN calls
I can send a fax internally, i can receive a fax externally and internally but can not send a fax externally

when I look at traced I see the server send the request from faxserver@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
I then see the message NOT found in dictionary
I check the SIP Dictionary and my user is there as I have created my user as an external Voice mail number
I have also tried creating the user as a SIP device and SIP Extension

when i check SIP register I never see the Faxserver registered on my OXE

any help appreciated

Check the SIP Trunk public network category, it should be one that allows to dial out and access the number you want.

check the IP-Address of the Oxe you have entered in the Fax-Servers Admin-Page,
I had the same problem and only had to enter the correct IP-Address,
as far as i remember i entered the main-ip and had to enter the cpu-a-Ip-Address...
or exactly the other way... entered the cpu-a-ip-Address and had to enter Main-IP...
It´s very important...

Fax-Server will not register on OXE... you cant see him with SIP-Register
