How to Block An Extension From Calling Me

Hi Everybody..
i've R8.0 OXE , one user is asking to assign him key or prefix to block his set against specific extension number ( Not to recive calls from that extension ) , i don't like to make it through connection category ,i would like the user to take care of that , something like screening ..although it seems simple request ,but iam really lost..i couldn't ..can some one help me..

This can be done either by connection category, as you have suggested, or by creating a filtering table and manager/secretary setup.
