I ment facilities, categories, services, etc. Advanced features, no just calling. For some things you need to touch the phone set, imagination is not always enought, specially when trying changes in the OXE.
A good example are the vLessons from Alcatel, none is good enought as a presencial lesson. You need to touch and see how it really works.

Well.. Then the answer is no.. There is no public OXE on the internet. You should buy a lab..
