a little bit lost, and ask for hint - how to manage conference recording in 4635? box type 58 created and initialized, managed IMAP access to it for WAV pull out. i know what ## will pause record, * after conference ask for destination message with recording... but HOW TO START RECORD of conference? ride acroos documentation - nothing found, just word adout box type 58. please dont be lazy, give short explanation how to proceed confernce recording. pure conversation recordng works fine, but of cause inactive in conference

Unfortunately, there are the very the same resources being used in recording as in conference call, so in most cases it's not possible.
Consider this: call to CCD, agent's pickups, presses 'record on voice mail' suffix, then supervisor tries to do listing or barge-in, and it's not possible.

my client needs is to record a reunion between administration and financial team. all dialog must be sent by email as register.

I have the same problem. If I use type 58 mailbox in 4635 then I cannot start recording conversation at all. Is there anybody who can at least start recording any conversation with this type of mailbox? Thanks

As I know - conference type mailbox 58 - allow to record conference but speach not about meet-me or another multi-party conference.
You have conference room, you call someone and press "conversation recording" key (like for standart conversation recording). People around this set can speak (this is conference - many people around set). You can record up to 3 hours.

Type 58 has the ability for recording the lengthy messages comparing the other type of mail boxes. It has got the capacity to record for 3 hours. Other type of mailboxes (eg. Type 0) can record messages only up to 30 min.

Procedure.

Create a voicemail box, type 58 in the voice mail. Call the voicemail from any phone and consult the type 58 mail box then record the speech/call. The length of the record can be 3 hours. Simple hang-up will place the message in the own mailbox but ending by "# #" will give a menu with options to send it to any destinations.
