Hardware for DECT network

Hi :)

I'm a bit lost with all the alcatel stuff. I'm trying to setup a mobile DECT network with the following requirements:

1) Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise
2) About 50 DECT handsets with 20 concurrent calls
3) Some RBS or IBS (Is the number of concurrent calls the only difference?)
4) Controlled by an Asterisk Server (external/internal calls)

My questions:

1. What hardware do I need for this?
2. What's the difference between an RBS / IBS?
3. Is it possible to handover call routing to an asterisk server? If yes, via SIP/IAX2/H.323?
4. Can the asterisk server control internal calls too?
5. Anything else you can think of :)

Thank you!

What do you mean by control calls?

I'm trying to interconnect the OmniPCX enterprise system to an asterisk server (via SIP/IAX2/whatever)
and to use the asterisk dialplan to control call routing:

Example:

Someone dials the number 123456, which terminates on the asterisk server via ISDN/PRI. The asterisk server should then forward the call to the alcatel OmniPCX and then to the corresponding phone.

Thank you!
