I just want to understand what does the msm receiving a frame to encrypt it.
What if the frame is TOS tagged, do the tagged change ?

MSM (Media Security Module) deals with 2 kinds of IP flows:
1) Signaling call control
2) Voice Media
For #1 IPSec protocol is used in transport mode (IP header of packets is kept unchanged).
For #2 SRTP protocol is used.

So in all cases TOS/Diffserv fields value is transmitted without any change after encryption proceeded by the MSM.
