Blind tranfer for automatic attendant on 4635 system

Hi everybody,
Do anyone know how to setup blind transfer mode on 4635j system with mailbox configured as automatic attendant menu?
I don't want hear voice prompt "please wait" when I digit 1 to reach a new menu.
