I am installing OXE R9.0 with Appliance Server and DECT IBS system. I found that there are 2 DECT_SYNC in the ACT2 that are not put in service. Also, the DECT handsover between 2 e-UA32 board is not working. I want to know
1. How to config the DECT8 with DTM function when they act as DECT SYNC board?
There config shelf > Board > DTN on Board is not work on IBS system?
2. Is Handsover issue related to DECT Sync

Create two boards DECT8_SYNC and plug them. (DECT_SYNC is for old DECT4 Hardware only)
Check with infocs, that one of the DTM is SYNCHRO.
Go to PWT/DECT System - RBS system - Inter-ACT Handoff or DTM Synchro and set it to Yes and enter DECT Synchro ACT Shelf Number : 2.

Aleady done. but the 2 DECT_SYNC board are still not in service and the DECT Sync field is empty when I type infocs

I am sorry I mis-understand it. I am not on customer's office . I will try to change the DECT_SYNC to DECT8_Sync board

I just call my collenage. He said that The board to board handsover is work. But the ACT to ACT handsover does not work even though we are using INTOFA and INTOFB for interconnection link? Is it true?

Yes, it's okay but you have to set in RBS Paramaters under DECT System in mgr the Flag for DTM Synchro to True and in ACT the ACT number of the ACT containing the DECT8_SYNC board.

In new releases RBS object will be absent if you select radio base type=IBS.
Choose MIXED.

No. Here it works up to R9.1 i1.605.4.b
Mixed is used if one ACT uses IBS and another RBS.

ACT to ACT handsover is work after changed DCET_SYNC to DECT8_SYNC.
