OTUC<--> LOTUS NOTES

hi everybody,
I tried to run websoftphone nomadic mode via the Internet ( vpn cisco). I can login but the post remains in a state of initialization and the message is: voip inaccessible
Websoftphone works good on LAN.

i've OTUC 5.0.566.

I tried to run OTUC with lotus notes, but I never succeeded. I contacted support Alcatel and they have worked for 3 months without success.

Are you able to ping to the CS and the GD/INTIP boards declared on the OTS service?
Enable the logs in the A4980 or the websoftphone IP and post them here please.
