Trunk Group Utilization

Hi Forks,
Here is another question related Trunk Group.
I have a installation of 5 node of ABC VPN network , the number of trunk various between 8 to 16.
There is one node that have the most traffic only have 8 ABC trunk. With mixture of internal extension call and Out bound call via the least cost route.
Is there a way to seperat or limit the call between internal extension call and the external call that take the least cost route? e.g. Internale call only take 40% and the least cost route take 60%.
Any pointer is appreciated.
