Access Denied when backing up 4635 through swinst

I was able to create backups for 7 out of my 9 sites. But two of them are giving me an 'access denied' response when I go to back up the 4635 through swinst.
PCX = 9.0, not sure what release the VM is...
Any help would be appreciated.

can you ping the ip of your VM? is it 4645 or 4635?
i had the same problem with 4635, wrong configuration on ip parameters of 4635.
please check the configuration again.
( if you "telnet" the ip of VM do you get "login" ?)

4635 and I can telnet and ping the IP of the VM
I will double check the configuration

Is the backup configured in the voicemail it self?
Is the name vmail put in the host file of the cpu?

Subnet mask and gateway were not configured properly in VM. Works now, thanks!
