hi everyone,

I would like to know if theis any way to configure an OXE to shows on the phones (Ip or digital) displays at first place the station number, then the last name and finally the name of the user.

I saw that in 4039 phones you could see on the display the name, last name and the internal number of the caller, when you receive an internal call. The station number it's displayed below the name and last name.

On 4029 and 4019 phones, you only can see the name and the last name. you don't know which internat station number was calling you.

I would like that when an 4019 or 4029 phones are ringing on the display you could see, at first the station number of the caller, then the others attributes.

Any ideas?

I have this doubt too. I do maintenance in an OXO R8.0 who has AHL and due to this we can see only name and surname at the display of the 4029. When the customer make a check-in at the hotel software, through AHL is changed name and surname with only that, without extensions number.
I posted here because I want to know that too.

You can assign both sirname and name on the name parameter and set dir number on first name parameter. You can use this with AHL but I think that a reconfiguration of the PMS is needed.

OXO doesn't have first name and name parameters-->only one field (--->so I was talking about OXE).

Have you fixed this issue? I am facing the same case.
Is it possible to control what is appeared in 4029 (name or number)?
The configuration is Hotel. so I wouldn't changed the Front office configuration by replacing the surname field for all the hotel configuration.
I need the internal number to be appeared in 4029 sets when a room is calling them.
