Once your IBS are configured, up and running, you need to assign the handset to the network using the command dectinston d XXXX , XXXX being the directory number. Then turn on the handset, and when it ask you to register, say yes.. Do it one at the time.

i configured gap+ and i tried with same command dectinston d XXXX. still same problem. i am not clear whether pari value is correct.
how to assign pari value in ibs? by default it is 00000000000. is dect handsets not initilising because of pari value?

Oh.... Though you had this one.. Yeah.. You need a PARI value for that ..
Just put 100004xxxx0 , xxxx being random numbers

DECT system - you say DECT IBS type.
DECT system/IBS - you manage PARI value like 1000040...0 or 4 (10digits).
Shelf - manage PARI value=PARI IBS.
