DTMF (Q23) detection

Hi All,

There is a remote extension application configured in our OXE (lab).
The PSTN direction is done via SIP trunk.
The call direction is incoming (dial from GSM).
In case of DISA prefix automatic substitution is working properly.
In case of Remote Extension DISA Prefix the OXE doesn't give
Q23 detector (checked with "represent"), even if DTMF codes
are presented via SIP trunk (checked it with Wireshark).
The swr is 9 (h1.301), patch 28 or 34.
We examined DTMF detection in case of ISDN trunk.
Via ISDN connection both type of prefix (DISA or Remote Extension Disa)
written into DDI translator gives the same result (successful Q23 detection).
My suspicion is that the cause is a software bug related to SIP call handling.
What is your opinion?

Detailed:

1. Dialing the appropriate DDI number from GSM set.
2. The automatic substitution is working (dial tone hearing)
3. In case of Remote Extension Disa Prefix dial tone is hearing continuously even if DTMF digits are sending!
4. There is no Q23 dectector activated in OXE during incoming call.

Regards,
Sandor
