Accounting (counters) R3.1 (SEMI-SOLVED)

Hi, I'm having troubles with OXO's counters, they don't seem to increase.

I have an 4088/4083 connected to an UA of the OXO R3.1 and can see the tickets/list being printed in real time on a serial console. The thing is, call duration and call cost always come out as zero, and all counters associated to that call remain in a zero'd state.

I'm blaming the counters, because I'm guessing that they aren't used when the call is an incoming one where call duration is displayed as expected.

Well it's kind of solved. My public lines are on an APA board and my provider doesn't provide battery reversal so I had to disable it (I had it on just in case).

This still doesn't increase my counters, but it does display call duration.
