Cant delete user record - Please help

I am trying to remove a user record and keep getting an error with a message stating "Used as a private number". I get this message even when I try a forced delete. I looked thru all the settings and have been unsuccesful in finding the correct one. Could someone please point me in the right direction.

Is this set used in CCD config as a private number for an Agent

Yes that was it. Now I am trying to figure out how to remove the "Private Agent No." from the CCD phone #. Currently it is set up with Direct Call skill and everytime I try to remove the skill I get "Can't delete skill 87 with private MCDU." Any ideas. Thanks again.

go to
Applications /CCD/Operators/operators data management and then remove the private number from within the agent set....hope this helps
