Hi there

I have need to change the waiting beep from oxe with music on hold
This call waiting beep apears when an agent from the call center transfers the call .The client on the line hears a beep and some of them think that they where realesed and hang up.This is not ok so i want to put music on hold to be heard by the client
The OXE is R 5.1

I know that there as some tones or voice guide that can be managed as music on hold
I hope i`m not wrong

Go to the pilot configuration and change the guide number for the one you want.

I do not work with Alcatel equipments now but I believe the change is in the Entity, because the agent puts on hold the external call.
Check the hold music in the entity of the pilot or pg I am not sure without an equipment
