I cant able to create the ip helper address per vlan mode in os6850

CSBU-RR1-3FLR-> ip helper address 172.19.42.33 vlan 37
ERROR: Exceeded maximum allowable entries

3FLR-> show ip udp relay statistics

ERROR: No Server Addresses are configured
3FLR-> show ip helper
Ip helper :

Traffic Suppression = Disabled,
DHCP Snooping Status = Disabled
DHCP Snooping Binding DB Status = Disabled,
Forward option = per-vlan only
Bootup Option Disable
Forwarding Address :

occures the same error if you configure an ip helper not per-vlan?
What's the build (show microcode)?
