Hi Guys

Im trying to create a SIP trunk. I do have available trunk 10,11 and 12.

When i try to create a new trunk with group ID i.e. 9 or 13 it gives me the error below. Have I reached the maximum number of trunk group for the license that I have or is it something else?

you have to do some changes with maoconfig, i have the procedure in my office. On monday i can post the procedure alcatel sent.

This problem is due to actis configuration.

You have to modify "hardware.mao" parameters.

To do that, go under /usr3/mao and launch cfgUpdate commande.
then modify 3 parameters :
+ 5 -Trunks => add +200 to the existing value
+ 6 - Equipment_coefficients => generaly set to 1.3/1/4, put it to 9.9 (just write 99)
+ 10 - Shelves (migration excluded) => should be greater than number of existing shelves

I did set a higher value for the trunk value, set it=250 (old value was 212).
But I don't see value "6"? It jumps from value 5 to 8...Does that makes sense? Thanks Niko.

Skipping step 2, worked and I was able to configure the SIP trunk. Thanks
