As per description, Customer enquires on the number of SSID that can be assigned to AP group managed via Cirrus.
Please correct if my understanding is incorrect.

could anyone clarify how many SSIDs i can program per AP group on CIRRUS cloud can have, i was led to believe it was 16 but i can only create 7

Hi I escalated to ALE and they deleted the user from CIRRUS for me. They then upgraded my CIRRUS sw and since i can delete modify switches/aps if they are 'stuck' and not communicating correctly on CIRRUS.

ive reported to ALE cirrus expert couldn't resolve it and has had to escalate.
