VOICE VLAN QOS

I have a number fo 6560 switches deployed supporting AP1301 access points with no problem on VLAN 10

We have now added a VLAN 100 (voice) and managed to apply ALE handsets within the network as well as RAINBOW via an OXO/webrtc.

The client has reported issues with voice audio only on the RAINBOW app via WIFI.

Can someone guide me to apply QOS priority for VLAN 100 (telephones) on my switches.

for VLAN 100 f.e. you can use:

policy condition VL100 source vlan 100
policy action PRIO-5 dscp 46 priority 5
policy rule VL100-PRIO5 condition VL100 action PRIO-5
qos apply
If the ALE phones are not sending a dscp you need "no qos phones" (or similar).

But for Rainbow (I assume softphone in ohter vlan) it would not work.
