which software version do you have

When we make it the same it only goes to the first number in the hunt group then bounces straight to vm (1st night route)

Thanks for the reply, tried that and it did not work. I think there may have been a software change in R11 that removed the ability to do this. Happy to be proved wrong though.

Hi guys, i am trying to set up an entity hunt group with overflow to VM. I know previously (well ithink) that i set up as follows

create prefix as entity call
create entity
1st day to HG pilot
1st night to ua virtual number with imm div to vm (external vm)
create sequential HG
last member of HG ...

I would like to add that this auto answer appears to only affect only internal calls, not onlt external ddi calls ?

I appear to have a user who reports that their 8118 handset is stuck on auto answer, and i cant find anything reference this in the manuals i have. Anyone have any ideas how to switch it back off ? Cheers.
