Operator Console & IP phones Restarting Issue

We are currently facing two issues with the Alcatel PABX system for one of our most important clients, the Ministry of Defence (MOD):

There are 08 operator consoles (model 8068) and IP phones 40xx.80xx installed at the site. However, they are intermittently restarting.

how to changa guest name to room number

Hi
I am Nalinda KUumara,
We are using the Alcatel OXE hotel version. I would like to know if it is possible to display the room number first instead of the guest name. Could you please provide an update on this?

Hi

I am connected OXE in the main office and 02 no’s OXO as the branch office through SIP

Both branch offices (OXO ) can call to the main office (OXE)
And Main office (OXE) can call both branch offices (OXO)

The problem was branch office (OXO) cannot call any branches
I‘m stuck with this .could ...
