Alcatel 8028 reboot on step 2 Network setup

Hi everyone,

I have an alcatel 8028 in my entreprise which have a loop reboot when start and arrive in Step 2 Network setup (message "Reset...please wait).

It appears since 2 days, and nothing was done on the OXE

Some info on the 8028's concerned:
Soft info NOE 5.40.33.3347
run mode NOE R500

I tried to change IP from Dynamic to Alcatel Dynamic ... nothing, still reboot at step 2.

Do you have an idea ?

I think it is instrument fault change another instrument and try again
