MAC router operating mode multiple

Can an OS 6450 work in multiple MAC router operating mode multiple?
I need it because a Captive Portal needs the mac address of STA connected to work correctly.

No, if the switch is used as L2 switch than the mac of the STA will be the source. But if the switch is used for routing than its mac will be used.
