Has anyone done OHL before?

I have two hotel installs, one with OHL.

Now that I think about it, isn't it AHL? Or are we talking about two different things?

Is it OXO installed in Hotel version ?? or it is some sort of Serial link for hoteling as AHL in OXE ??

I need to know the difference, because I have not heard about OHL before ...

OHL means Office Hotel Link works till R4.1 of OXO. From R5.0 renamed to OLD (Office Link Driver). It's an application for installing on PC. From R5.0 can take tickets from OXO by IP, before that - only by serial link. Can work in two modes - IP ticketing and Hotel Mode. In last case OXO must be installed in Hotel Mode. Can cooperate with some Hotel software. List - on businesspartner. All about that you could read in expert documentation for OXO, better for 6 Release.

If i have oxo in bussines mode and i want the accounting over ip using old, should i put the oxo in the hotel mode

No as long as you have the sw lock for metering over IP then you just need to switch on the metering on in the OxO and then install the OLD on the PC that is to collect the tickets
