Reason of Reboot on OXE R7.1

Post by OXO-Man »

Hello,

we have a OXE R7.1 (Soft: F5.401.11-e) which has done 2 reboots yesterday.

The "Reason of Reboot" is 17.

Can somebody explain me the reason or where to find a list of the reasons.

Thank you!!!

Regards!

Try to use incvisu -1 , incvisu -2 to see the incidents and incinfo GEA [nb of the incident] to interpret your anomalies.
Try to post your trace where you see incident 17 if you want us to interpret it.

Regards.

Incident 5857?

It depends on your used hardware.

For GD/GA: Reset on nonobtaining IP parameters from the DHCP server
For INTIP: No coupler detected in shelf

On a gd you can use the command history_reset for example
