OXO Card Replacement from MIXED to SLI-16

Hello;
I want to know that can I replace "Mixed" Card of OXO with SLI-16 card by just unplugging one and plugging the other or are there any perquisites or power requirements difference between Mixed and SLI-16 card? Analog Access ports on different card got spoiled and we want to buy a SLI-16 card so that all those extension bring ON. We have a MIXED card that has digital and Trunk ports that are not in use so we want to eject that card and insert SLI-16 in place of that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unplug, configure OXO and done.

Yes, you can.

But notice that in mixed boards analog ports are in the end of board, you need to configure extensions after change.
