Hi all,

When you've two prefix ACD in your system, how can i know the used prefix by agents excepet to delete and see :?

If you don't have any anlogoue agents (who have to use the prefix to log on), the it dosen't mather witch one you delete. It's NOT defined anywhere witch prefix to use. If you have anlogue users, ask them witch prefix they log on with.
If you have defined an Supervisor (phone), and have maked keys to do an Listen (intrude) function, you have used the prefix there. Check the keys for the Supervisor phone.

All agent's ara in Numeric, you can have anlog line with CCD ????

Otherwie, no prefix are present to use the functionality which you speak so I can't know :cry:

YES , you can have analogue lines with CCD.
But they need to use the acd-prefix to login- logout, pause, withdrawel and so on.

Login is Prefix+5 out is prefix+6.
You can figure the rest out by counting the keys on an 4034/4035 terminal.
In the display pause is the first key. Then analogoue use prefix+1 for pause. :D

Yes, I understand why I've never seen analog lines with CCD :roll:
I use only this prefix to record guides for presentation of agents... :wink:

For information, i've delete the prefix by modem and I've test to logon/logoff by CCS. If you delete the bad, you can't logon an agent even with CCS...
