Voice mail 4645 was silence after bascul

Dear All,


After double bascul the voice guides of voice mail stopped working also in incidents i can see

The download of the /DHS3ext/vgeva/evavg.EN0 language file failed

But the voicemail showing in service when execute the command

config 18

Also vmail showing free all ports


Actually i have done binary upgrade of phones from 4.52.60 to 4.52.80 may be this could be the issue ?

i have resetted the virtual shelf 18 but in incidents it was showing

VOCAL facility starting link but no voice guides for voicemail

in DHS3ext/vgeva/evavg.EN0 file is there in that directory


How can i resolve ?

You have to upload the guides to both CPU not just main

What is the language set to in the 4645 config?

In config - you can manage "English", not EN0.
What about question - "You have to upload the guides to both CPU not just main?" from Cav.

but the main CPU was up why the voice guide of voicemail alone not playing ?

Up doesn't mean active...so the active partition doesn't link to the main cpu where guides are, but to your backup. In that moment your Main was CPU b. Not A.
