I recently have integrated my OXE to MITEL 3000 over SIP and communication is working fine.
The only and major issue i am facing is the name display of Mitel Extension when call is recieved and dialled through OXE>
When dialled the OXE phone display "SIP" while ringing and when acknowledged it displays the extension number xxxx
when recieved it display the extension number though i have created a phonebook entry for the Mitel number.
How can i display name when dialling and recieving the call over SIP ?
